Waterway brokers a EUR 500 million office portfolio to a leading US-based alternative investment manager
Waterway, the specialist for German non-core real estate, has exclusively brokered the “ALPHABET” office portfolio for over EUR 500 million to a leading American alternative investment manager.
The ALPHABET portfolio consists of 13 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 226,000 sqm. The majority of the properties are located in German top 5 real estate markets, others in top 7 cities and highly liquid regional centers. The portfolio consists mainly of office spaces and also includes spaces for other types of use, such as hotel, retail and food & beverage.
