The Justus Portfolio consists of 5 Core+ assets in B and C markets. As the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated in early 2020, the buyer universe needed to be accurately identified. Waterway managed the transaction during these challenging times by attracting a buy-and-hold strategist to invest in a crisis-resistant secondary office portfolio.

Campino

Student Housing Property

The Campino is a student housing property in proximity to the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt. The high-rise building with a roof-top bar provides 140 student apartments and a retail area on the ground floor. Although the complex was nearly 100% let, a transaction was challenging due to problems with the building inspection and permission, where Waterway additionally managed the communication with the construction authority in Darmstadt.
