Waterway sells the CAP East Office Building in Frankfurt on behalf of international financial institution
Waterway Investments, the specialists for German non-core real estate, have sold the “CAP EAST” office complex at Hanauer Landstrasse in Frankfurt on behalf of an international financial institution to Sirius Real Estate.
The CAP EAST is a 10,200 sqm office complex which was built in 1970 and extensively revitalized in 2002. It currently has an occupancy of 54 percent and is a landmark building on the eastern part of Hanauer Landstrasse in Frankfurt.
